NOT ALL WHO WANDER ARE LOST…Our Musical production of Wanderlust will capture the light hearted nature and beauty of the world we live in. The Preshow music sets the stage taking the audience into a serene world of nature sounds and light and recognizable musical quotes of Dvorak's New world Symphony and What a Wonderful World. The Preshow culminates with a stunning opening hit with New World Symphony. The opener whisks the audiences on a light-hearted  journey  using the music of John Mackey’s Kingfisher Catch Fire layered with the Iconic lines of Shaker Melody. The ballad takes a change in tone starting with a stunning Trombone quartet The woodwinds then take over with a jazzy rendition of Pure Imagination that will impress audiences and judges alike. The music builds into a trumpet solo soaring into an ovation worthy impact filling the crowd with a sense of wonder of our world. The Percussion feature features an upbeat 4th movement of New World Symphony capturing the wild side of nature, listen for the animal howls and an upbeat pace and chase of the percussion feature. The closer wraps up this journey with the Music of The final movement featuring What a Wonderful World, made famous by Louis Armstrong and recapping New World Symphony wrapping up an amazing journey and reflection of the Earth and the wonderful world we live in sure to please students, staff and audiences alike!
