Yes. All of our marching arrangements include regional protection. When you have decided to purchase one of our shows we will have you fill out a form detailing all of the competitions you plan on attending. It is very important that you fill this out and be as detailed as possible. We will also include a section for competitions you may attend but have not finalized.

Yes. You can change the Title of any production in our catalog to fit your needs.

Yes. We will adjust the instrumentation of any production to fit your ensemble at NO ADDITIONAL COST. Please contact us for what your needs may be.

When Co-Commissioning a Marching Production, a show is typically designed and performed by no more than 4 ensembles. The main reason for doing this is to defer some of the cost of creating a custom marching production which has never been performed. There is regional exclusivity when doing a co-commission. However, if you would like a custom show for your ensemble, we offer that as well.

Yes. Any soundtrack that you purchase or have commissioned will be protected. If you are attending a WGI regional or Championships, your track will not be used by any ensemble competing in WGI competitions.

We allow for slight adjustments (mainly levels or small sound effects) to the soundtracks once a week from Dec-February. Any major adjustment to the track will require a small fee. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns in regards to this.

We would be more than happy to come and personally teach our choreography. However, there is an additional cost for this which would also include airfare and housing. If you are unable to afford that we would be more than happy to send a video for your students to learn on their own.

Yes, we also work with many design companies. All the design files can be used by any design company. If you have a favorite company, please let us know prior so that we may work directly with that company and know what fabrics and options they offer.

Price is determined by the number of students and number of pages. Please contact us in regards to the pricing of our drill design so that we may speak to you directly.

There is an additional cost for adjusting the numbers in a drill design if we have already began the design. However, we will remove individuals starting at the current page we are at in the design without an additional fee. Please contact us for more information.

Once we have completed the drill design we will send you copies of the drill (performer and director viewpoint) along with the coordinates for each student. We will also send legal size versions of the drill. A file will be uploaded so that your students and staff may utilize the Pyware Mobile App. Please note that this app is not free. If you have any special requests please let us know.
